  • Jenny started her dietetics career in nutritional consulting throughout the state of Oklahoma in long term care centers then transitioned into servicing both Geriatrics and Intellectually disabled populations in 2004. She formed her own private practice in 12/2005 and has continued to service these populations along with Hospice, Home health, at-risk Boys homes, and long-term care/skilled/assisted living centers since that time. Jenny is licensed in the state of Oklahoma and New York (you'll have to ask why) and carried a Gerontology certification for 10 years. On a personal note, Jenny was raised by teachers (Mother and Grandmother) and has continued this in her profession by teaching her patient's and caregivers the need for improved health and longevity through nutritional science. Jenny is a mother of 2 adult daughters (18 and 23 in the Lawrence, Kansas area- Rockchalk Jayhawks), pet parent to her 2 Labrador retrievers/2 Cats, and loves gardening, cooking, photography, participating in physical activity like mowing her grass/gym/Zumba -to satisfy her lifetime love of dancing, and attending her home church in Bethany and worshiping the Lord. She feels blessed to provide service to her patients in this capacity and make a difference in the lives she touches on a daily basis.
