Tabatha Scott, ST
Hi, I am Tabatha Scott, a Speech-Language Pathologist for 30 years helping individuals across diverse clinical and community settings. Several years ago, I began providing services in the DDS field where I discovered my true professional purpose. I feel privileged and blessed to serve individuals with special needs supporting them in the area of speech-language services and overall quality of life. Outside of work, I am a devoted wife and proud mother of one daughter and two sons. I love reading and learning new things.
Dana Baker, ST
I’m Dana Baker. I have proudly worked as a Speech Language Pathologist for 30 years. My initial work was in hospital rehabilitation and home health. For the past 2 years I have been proud to serve as an SLP with Alphacare, providing care our community with developmental disabilities. I love empowering our clients to communicate through a variety of different strategies. It is also a pleasure to work alongside others who care for our DDS clients to maximize their ability to communicate and swallow safely. When I am not working I love to travel, whether it is in our beautiful country or across the pond! I often share those travels with by two daughters. I also enjoy attending OSU athletic events, listening to live music, and going to the theater.
Chelsey Shimanek, ST
I'm Chelsey, a Speech-Language Pathologist who has been practicing since 2015. I am passionate about building genuine, meaningful relationships with my clients and helping them discover functional and effective ways to communicate in their daily lives. I am also dedicated to supporting my clients as they develop and maintain strong swallowing skills, so they can safely enjoy the meals they love.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, crafting, and reading a good book.
Alicia Wilson, ST
I have been practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist since 2012, dedicated to helping individuals build functional communication skills, ensure safer swallowing, and enhance their overall quality of life. I take great joy in connecting with each person, discovering their unique strengths, and creating a therapy experience that is both engaging and enjoyable, all while working to improve their abilities. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 sons, and our 2 dogs.
David Gentry, ST

During his tenure with Dynavox he had the priviledge of serving a varied population in every possible setting. He became acquainted many individuals and entities across several states, and countries. During this time David collaborated with the Northern Oklahoma Resource Center (NORCE), the Southern Oklahoma Resource Center (SORC), and the Oklahoma Assistive Technology Center (OATC), to name a few, providing assistive - augmentative communication classes/training for caregivers and individuals utilizing such strategies and equipment. Work history includes private practice, Southern Oklahoma Resource Center (SORC) in Pauls Valley, OK, providing services to individuals living at the institution, and he continues to provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities(I/DD). David is thankful for the privilege to serve individuals with I/DD.
